Fuel security is more than a tank sensor and a tag. A determined thief can easily get around this.  Every ID must be authenticated, and its right to access fuel verified.

Manual processes are weak links - sophisticated security includes rule-based authorisation (approved days and times, access frequency, quantity limits, purchase order check, etc.).

​Vehicle identification, odometer tracking and usage data combine to expose and check skimming from fleet tanks.

ATG alone cannot prevent theft. It might indicate when and where fuel was stolen but on its own, neither who nor how it happened. Only combined issue, delivery and tank data can do that.
