Modular to fit all

At its most basic, our issuing process is simple enough for driver  self-service.

MAXIFUEL solutions are deliberately modular - if you don't need it, don't pay for it.

Modules and features can be implemented selectively, in any order, to suit needs and budgets. Start small, and add enhancements as MAXIFUEL pays its way with fuel savings, or as your needs expand.

Our basic offering starts off with more built-in functionality in its logging controller and software than most other solutions can ever offer.

Built-in features 'turned off' initially to keep operations simple, can be turned back on at any time. Reactivating this 'spare capacity' is normally just a matter of re-configuring hardware and software settings.

We make all technology enhancements optional and as 'pluggable' as possible.  With all the optional enhancements available now or planned for  the future, you will never need to replace your entire system to grow or meet changing requirements.

Technology choices

MAXIFUEL's standard ID method is proximity scanning (LF RFID).  An unparalleled choice of alternatives can work in tandem - fingerprint, barcode or QR-code (corded or RF rechargeable wireless), Dallas I-button, smart card  (rewritable HF RFID) and PIN/OTP entry.

MAXIFUEL's default data transfer method is a MaxiFlash 'memory stick'. Other connection methods are also available - Ethernet, WIFI and GSM - to transfer data to cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments.

MAXIFUEL's terminal is a sophisticated logging controller capable of managing multiple configurable processes.

A basic dispensing setup will control a mechanical pump or solenoid valve using relays. More complex installations interface with electronic pumps (PCIs), high speed transfer pumps, encoders, POS controllers, RFID nozzles, etc.

It also collects electronic data - volumes from flow meters, pulsers, and tank sensors - and entered data to enrich analytics cost/usage allocations, purchase order no, and importantly, odometer.

Flexible, multi-process
logging controller

MAXIFUEL's hardware and software is configurable to fit into any environment.

Most commonly used for 'authorising' issues from a single-nozzle electric pump, the controller can also handle simultaneous issues from a dual-nozzle. A single controller can manage multiple processes, selected from designated 'function keys' on the keypad. â€‹â€‹â€‹Some processes only capture and log events - dipsticks, car washes, oil changes, etc.

A fuel intake process could just log a delivery or it could also open an intake valve, measure delivered volume, and record the tank level before and after delivery.

Each process is separately customised from the variety of automation methods and technologies, multi-layered rule-based approvals, and data entry options (methods, sequencing, language and prompts).

Our flexible MAXIFUEL mobile data app can also be used to supplement and fill gaps in terminal data and auto logging, tracking other fuel events digitally - like recording on-road filling. Or to 'photo log' tanker gauges before and after a bulk delivery.

Or to create a digital 'SARS Logger' to track vehicle activities for compliant diesel rebate submissions.
